Our regular hours of operation are:
April through September: 09:30 till 19:00 LT.
October through March: 10:00LT till end of UDP (15 min. after sunset)
Because of the holidays we are closed from 24-12 14:00 LT / 26-12 and 31-12 / 01-01.

Charges must be settled with airport management directly after the flight.
Accepted means of payment: cash, debit- or creditcard (Visa or Mastercard).
Surcharges:
For aircraft with a MTOW > 1500 kg. a surcharge applies of € 11,– up to and including 3000 kg. and € 22,– for weights above 3000 kg.
Regular users may apply for an account with Hoogeveen Airport.
Applicable charges will be settled once a month through pre-authorized debit.
Operational information
- Gliderflying may take place daily from March through October.
Winch launches are not allowed during aerodrome opening hours. - White markers will be used to indicate the separate landing areas of gliders and power-driven aircraft.
- Parachute jumping may occur on the airfield and at Echten (3 NM west of the airport), as mentioned in AIP ENR 5.5. Actual jumping (plus its location) will be reported over the radio.
- Grasscutting will take place at irregular times.
- Recently a paraglidingsite has been established just south of the town of Hoogeveen. See here for its relative location.
